Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, no credit card. It includes 5 recruiter-led intakes, 3 Rosa intake conversations, and 30 resumes analyzed. After 30 days without moving to a paid account, your account becomes read-only over your past intakes.
Can I scale my capacity up and down?
Yes. Hire a Rosa anytime and the added capacity hits your account immediately, pro-rated for the days remaining in your cycle. Remove or downgrade a Rosa whenever you like; the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What is a part-time Rosa?
Half a full Rosa — 10 intake conversations and 100 resumes a month — at $199. One part-time Rosa per account, or N full Rosas — never both. Convert to a full Rosa whenever volume grows.
Do you offer volume pricing?

In the United States today. Other jurisdictions are gated for compliance reasons and are added deliberately, not by default.
Do you integrate with my ATS?
No — by design. Scout’s job ends at the brief. Export to PDF or copy clean text that pastes into any ATS. We don’t integrate with the platforms recruiters already use; the handoff is intentional.
